4. Our Response Process

  • Take reasonable steps to document the action taken

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content at our discretion, unless the original complainant pursues legal action.

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, JobWala24 maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users or contributors who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.

7. Misrepresentation and Good Faith
