Remote Python Developer - Backend Engineering
TechNova Labs is hiring Python developers for their fully remote backend engineering team. Work on scalable microservices powering products used by millions of users across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Python (Django/FastAPI)
- Build and maintain microservices architecture
- Write clean, well-tested code with 80%+ test coverage
- Optimise database queries and application performance
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Deploy and monitor applications using AWS/Docker/Kubernetes
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2-5 years of Python development experience
- Strong knowledge of Django or FastAPI frameworks
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and Redis
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Understanding of system design principles and scalability patterns
